Homemade twinkies will be on the menu when the dessert-focused cafe The Glass Knife at 276 S. Orlando Ave (MAP) opens in Winter Park. Have you seen their cakes yet? Jade Bowser is the Pastry Chef. Perhaps they'll offer pumpkin spice twinkies like that other Winter Park bakery. The full menu will feature breakfast, lunch and late-night/café-style options The name The Glass Knife comes from the Depression-era glass knifes Founder Steve Brown's mother used to collect. The Glass Knife is expected to open Fall 2017.
