Rare Builders Inc is seeking to replat a developed residential property at 1516 W. Ivanhoe Blvd. The property currently houses a 2-story 6,500 sq ft home built in 1952. The redevelopment of the property includes the demolition of the existing home and then replating the property into six residential lots. This will allow for future single family development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan.
