The City of Orlando Appearance Review Board Staff recommends approval (with conditions) of a proposed façade renovation of the house at at 15 N. Eola Drive. The two story building faces Lake Eola Park and is located in the Thornton Park district.

Built in 1920, it's functioned over the years as a single family residence, duplex and office. The interior has 1,600 sq ft.

The applicant and property owner are currently undertaking several renovation efforts to the property, including renovating the front façade, restoring the open air ground floor porch, replacing and reconfiguring the front porch columns in order to widen the entry area and adding new ground floor windows and steps plus installing new doors, further apart, that access the second floor porch.

City Council must approve for the project to move forward.
