We told you December 5th the food truck Carobama is opening a BBQ sandwich shop inside the North Quarter Market, a charming coffee shop and retail space on the 1st floor of NORA Apartments at 855 N. Orange Avenue. This is located within NODO*
The interior build out is complete and The Daily City snagged some early photos. And by buildout we mean the hanging of these lovely signs. The space was already prepped and ready from the original North Quarter Market refresh.
The expected opening date is mid January.
A dedicated employee of Carobama will man the counter and make the sandwiches. The sandwich area will take up the left corner of the main market counter. The food truck will still be in operation around Central Florida.
North Quarter Market saw the recent exit of grocery purveyor Farmacy.
*We're sick of calling this area "North Quarter Market." Some developer named it, it's not official, and the more we use it the more it'll get ingrained in everyone's brains. It's called NODO... says us. Easier to say and it says what it is: north of downtown. We have SODO, so why not NODO?
