College Park restaurant Cristo's Cafe 1815 Edgewater Drive was inspected January 18th. A follow-up inspection is required after only 16 violations were found including raw beef being stored over tomatoes, jugs of oil being stored outside, cartons of hash browns being stored under a soap dispenser and an employee right after cracking an egg shell handling ready to eat food.

According to Consumer Reports, in the US, Swai is called catfish: "...sometimes simply referred to in the U.S. only as catfish." They recommend looking for the country of origin labeling at the fish counter to determine whether your catfish is from the Mekong Delta or the Mississippi Delta. Unfortunately a customer cannot do that for themselves in a restaurant.
