Make Friends During These 3 Free Group Bike Rides

Juice Bikes did a great piece about how to meet new people, have fun and learn about your city through group bike rides. Don't have a bike? That's where Juice Bikes comes in. Sign up for their $15 monthly bike share membership and get 60 minutes of ride time every day.

3 Bike Rides to Join:
  1. Fleet Farming Orlando - Fleet Farming transforms neighborhood lawns into community-driven urban farm plots. The organization hosts free community biking and farming events, every second and fourth Sunday of the month, called Swarm Rides. Participants meet at East End Market at 9am and bike out together, much like a swarm of bees, to farm on the lawns throughout the neighborhood. To participate, simply arrive at the meeting place with your bike, water, a hat, and a snack. All tools and gloves are provided.
  2. Critical Mass Orlando - Critical Mass is a large group ride with an emphasis on fun, meeting new people, promoting urban bicycle safety, skills, and confidence. Critical Mass Orlando meets at Orlando Loch Haven Park at 5:30pm on the last Friday of every month.
  3. Orlando Trail Cycling Meetup -  Orlando Trail Cycling is all about making connections with other cyclists in the Orlando area. Whether you’re a recreational cyclist or a professional one, any skill level is welcome. The group hosts a variety of events every month, which range from social bike rides to training and endurance rides.
