The applicant agreed to 3 additional conditions of approval for the master plan.
- The southernmost access drive to the Retail Center from Randal Park Boulevard shall be restricted to right-in, right-out access only.
- The applicant and the City will come up with an appropriate design to improve safety at the middle access drive to the Retail Center. A roundabout is preferred.
- The applicant shall re-stripe the southbound lane of Randal Park Boulevard to provide a left turn lane into the Townhome project’s primary entrance.
