Tartini Pizzeria & Spaghetteria Received 24 Health Violations

24 Health Violations were discovered during the January 5th Health Department Inspection of Tartini Pizzeria & Spaghetteria at 6327 S Orange Ave. A follow-up inspection is required. The violations include 1 live roach, a repeat violation of garlic oil spread found 37 degrees higher than allowed, raw eggs stored over cooked chicken and pasta, repeat violation of mold-like substance found in ice machine, no proof of required state employee training for some employees and more.
