Hannibal Square Vernacular Home Makes it onto the Winter Park Register of Historic Places

The home at 654 West Lyman Avenue in Winter park was designated February 12th as a historic resource on the Winter Park Register of Historic Places. It's a one-story wood frame home built in 1925 and represents a "good example of an original Hannibal Square vernacular home."

The owner will be adding a building in the back yard and a carport and restoring portions of the home including the front porch, windows, siding, rear porch. There will also be a "refreshening" of the interior. Restore Winter Park, LLC will be doing the work. The renderings were presented at the November 8, 2017 Historic Preservation Board meeting.
