ABC Fine Wine and Spirits is known for their unique
offerings. From Try Before You Buy wine
taps to their informative in-store classes (seriously go to these sometime,
their surprisingly interesting), the locally owned chain has been a leader in
Florida’s beer, wine, and spirits retail.
Now their latest project has debuted. A 12-tap growler filling station has been installed in the Lake Mary store (980 Rinehart Road). The growler features craft beers that are
typically hard to find bottled.
Gerard of the Beer in Florida blog points out that this is
likely the first growler in the state since Tipple’s Brews in Gainesville had
theirs shut down by the Florida AB&T. They stated, at that time, that it
violated Florida’s beverage laws.
