Foxtail Coffee is one of the first commercial tenants announced for Pixon Apartments in Lake Nona. It will occupy 1,300 sq ft within the 32,500 square feet of mixed-use commercial space on the ground floor of Pixon. Foxtail is anticipating an early 2019 opening. The building is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018.
The original name of the building was The Distillery.
Additionally, Tavistock is currently seeking artists to design, fabricate and install a dynamic, site-specific artwork on three levels of Pixon’s north, east and west facades.
