A small portion of E Colonial in front of a wooded vacant lot next door to a KFC at 10825 E Colonial Dr was strewn with shopping carts and trash bags Wednesday February 14th.

The trash, according to the Manager of the KFC, is from the owners of the vacant property clearing out the large lot. Homeless people live on the property.

The objects seen from Colonial include shopping carts filed with varying amounts of trash and forest debris, several bags of trash, tree branches and one blue round metal drum container. The debris was placed on either side of the sidewalk, just on the edge of the curb.
