A request for approval for the Alexan Audubon Park project's Final Major Subdivision Plat goes before City Council March 19th. This is a 1 lot replat to allow for a future residential development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan. It's located behind Orlando Fashion Square Mall at southeast corner of Maguire Blvd and McCullough Ave within the Colonial Town Center Neighborhood. The property is approximately 15.02 acres
The project includes mix of 1-3 bedrooms units in eight three and four story buildings with a clubhouse and pool, 558 parking spaces, a maintenance building and garages. It also includes an extension of Fox Street from McCullough Ave to Bennet and a Cady Way Bike Trail redevelopment (trailhead and additional parking).
This project is not to be confused with Alexan at North End, a multi-family, hotel, senior assisted living and independent senior living project, going on Calvary Assembly property at 1199 Clay St. (MAP).
