The Historic Preservation Board voted unanimously to recommend to City Council that it accept the board's recommendation to nominate Audubon Park Covenant Church 3219 Chelsea Street for Landmark Status. The chapel and community building were both built in 1954. They contain 7,801 sq ft of space. This church's parking lot was the original site of the Audubon Park Community Market.
