World of Beer has a new dish: Bimimbap. It's a sunny side up egg on top of spicy gochujang steak, jasmine rice and fixins (sautéed mushrooms, cucumbers, shredded carrots, kimchi). I sent my boyfriend to the media tasting last night and he said this was his favorite thing besides the martinis and beer he doused himself with.
