Chibi, which means "little" in Japanese, will still feature key items such as house made noodles and broth but in a more economical and quick fashion.
From their fully disposable plate ware and silverware to being greeted by self-ordering kiosk and all bar/ledge seating; guests will get the feel of a modern day Japanese ramen shop here in Orlando.
While the menu will not be as extensive as DOMU, Chibi will still offer a variety of ramen options including a tonkotsu, shio, shoyu, and miso. Along with that, there will a few options for sides such as gyoza, edamame, chicken karaage, and bravas fries (a play on the fingerling bravas at DOMU).
