Nona Adventure Park's Leasing of Parking Spaces from City Goes for Approval

City Parks & Rec's Parking Agreement between Nona Adventure Park, LLC and City of Orlando goes before City Council next week for approval. The City will lease 37 parking spaces to Nona Adventure park for the use of park patrons and staff starting at $5,000 per year with a 3% increase each year. The agreement is for 5 years with six additional 5-year extensions possible.

The City of Orlando, in partnership with Tavistock Development Company, is developing a new City park in the Laureate Park neighborhood, consisting of 4 multi-purpose fields, a playground, restroom/concession building, 2 parking lots and other improvements. Tavistock has likewise entered into an Agreement with Nona Adventure Park (NAP) to construct/own/operate an adventure park that will abut part of the south parking lot of the City park.
