Steps for Starting a 501 (c)(3) Nonprofit This session provides a basic overview of the steps for starting a 501c3 nonprofit corporation. Participants will receive practical information about mission/vision, board of directors, bylaws, realistic funding expectations, and the process for Florida state incorporation and federal government tax-exempt status.
