Visual Artist Peg Martin speaks to The Daily City about her pill-popping piece she created for the August 6, 2009 1st Thursday monthly event. August's theme was "found." Martin's pills, saints, bottles, made for a shrine-tastic piece commenting on pharmaceutical advertising. 1st Thursdays happens every month at the Orlando Museum of Art.
