This class will be spent covering a topic of choice while blind tasting wines from the given region. The format is VERY INFORMAL AND RELAXED. This class is meant for somebody who enjoys learning in a more relaxed informal atmosphere.

This class will be a more formal atmosphere where you will be seeing the same maps, blind tastes, and topics as the above group but with a focus on more of the technical details and fundamentals that a more experienced wine drinker would be interested in.
