The 4th Annual Deep Carnivale, a "celebration of words, art and life," is Friday & Saturday, September 10 - 11 at the HCC-Ybor City Campus (Performing Arts Building 2112 N 15th St) and Sunday, Sep 12 at the Silver Meteor Gallery (2213 E 6th Ave in Ybor City).
About
Deep Carnivale – A Celebration of Words is Tampa’s premiere literature festival. Each year, it brings together hundreds of arts enthusiasts of all creeds, united around a common love of language. Deep Carnivale showcases not only literature and poetry, but also the visual arts, dance, drama and music, because all of these can be mediums for the expression of words as art. Programming at Deep Carnivale stretches from the playful to the avant garde, with activities for all ages, with a heavy focus on literacy and the enjoyment of reading for our younger guests.
