Fall Harvest Vegan Dinner at Infusion Tea

Infusion Tea is putting on a White Tablecloth Vegan Dinner Friday, October 14, 2011 at 7pm for $39/person. 


The theme is fall harvest and is the menu is as follows: 

  • Sugar and spice snap beans with crispy sesame kale chips
  • Arugala and fennel citrus salad
  • Asian seared tempeh with cashew sauce served over coconut pineapple rice
  • Berry tarts with lemon cream and dark chocolate dipped ginger
Dinner includes wine or tea pairings and it will sell out.  Reservations are being taken at 407 999 5255.


Proceeds will benefit The Faith Project, a 501c3 that gives scholarships to rural indigenous Mayan Guatemalan women.
