Mayor Jacobs is "no longer supporting" and has "not changed her mind" about Domestic Partner Registry

While the Domestic Partner Registry is scheduled to open for Orlando citizens January 12, 2012, the fate of such a registry for Orange County isn't so solid according to WKMG Local 6. Or is it? Their Tuesday January 10, 2012 piece says "Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs is no longer supporting the creation of a domestic partnership registry" for Orange County, but then goes on to say "A spokesman for Jacobs said she has not changed her mind..."
