On Tuesday January 10, 2012, we were given a tour and tasting by Ringling Brothers And Barnum & Bailey Circus of the food car on their train. The car is 2 years old and feeds all 300 performers. The head chef and two sous chefs led us through a tasting of several tasty dishes, topped off with a cupcake trio.
