Orlando Homebuyer 7 Million Dollar Grant Program

City of Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer announced a 7 million grant and fund program for the City of Orlando through the an initiative designed to help people achieve homeownership called the NeighborhoodLIFTSM Program.

NeighborhoodLIFTSM will include a two-day event that will take place July 13 and 14 at the Orange County Convention Center where prospective homebuyers may qualify for up to $15,000 in down payment assistance and/or home and renovation financing grants. 

In addition, prospective home buyers will be able to take advantage of home buyer education sessions and tours of selected residential properties that are available for sale in the City of Orlando.

Wells Fargo will collaborate with the City of Orlando and the non-profit organization NeighborWorks America and its local affiliate, InCharge Debt Solutions, to execute the program.
