We told you on June 6th about the Swamp Sistas La La event in Audubon Park taking place Saturday June 23, 2012, 7pm-11pm, but here's another reminder. Its "a celebration of women artists, entrepreneurs, independent businesses and locally focused communities."Beth McKee will pay tribute to Southern female songwriters along with Terri Binion, Jessy Daumen, Nicole Johnson and Neja Fenner inside Park ave CDs (2916 Corrine Drive). On the outdoor stage located in front of the shop will be Laney Jones, Britt Daley, Kim Hightower and Azriel Clary. There will also be vendors, beer and food.
