4Rivers Closes July 28 + 4Rivers Opens July 30

The “Last Supper” at the original 4 Rivers Smokehouse is July 28, 2012. It will be closing that night for good. The new 6,995-square-foot location (1600 W. Fairbanks Avenue Winter Park, FL 32789) opens Monday, July 30. It will feature an in-house bakery and The Sweet Shop.

To commemorate the closing of the flagship Smokehouse, the Rivers family--John Rivers and his wife, Monica, and two children, Jared and Cameron--will relive the grand opening day of the Winter Park location, which took place almost three ago, by working the lunch line. Customers should expect samples of chef specials from the past, limited-time-only memorabilia and a chance to sign the “Original Smokehouse Table”, which will be carried over to the new location.
