Brought to you by the chefs, owners and operators of The Ravenous Pig (1234 Orange Avenue Winter Park, FL), James & Julie Petrakis, the new southern pub Cask & Larder is scheduled to open the week after Labor Day. It will be taking over the building of Harper's Tavern and revamping has already begun - a in-house brewery and all the southern comforts that go along with it. The Brewmaster is Ron Raike. He was also the brewmaster at the Shipyard Emporium (200 West Fairbanks Ave. Winter Park, FL).
