Henry will discuss his design-oriented approach to integrating edible landscapes into urban and suburban settings in the Orlando area. With projects ranging from single family homes to mini-farms for multi-million dollar resorts Henry and his team help their clients bring homegrown organic agriculture into everyday meals while creating spaces that add value from an aesthetic, functional, edible and educational standpoint.
Henry is trained as a landscape architect and is co-founder of My Yard Farm, a consultancy for urban agriculture.
