Marlow's Tavern Brings The Tavern Fare With Modern Flare. There.

Marlow's Tavern (Facebook, Twitter) is opening in Orlando at 9101 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819 in Pointe Orlando. Marlow's Tavern will serve classic American tavern fare served in a modern atmosphere. I guess that means they have air conditioning. The menus, created by Executive Chef and Co-founder John C. Metz, offer classic dishes. The beverage menu is a wide variety of wines from around the world and a hand-crafted cocktail program that combines fresh juices and specialty, small batch liquors.

The person who is bringing the Marlow's to Orlando is Alan Palmieri, retired Darden executive vice president of operations with 37 years of restaurant experience in the Specialty Restaurant Group. He was sitting around, staring at the walls, bored. So he started looking for another restaurant opportunity, and he found Marlow's. Palmieri will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and future development of the Orlando market. Which may mean more Marlow's for us all! Hurrah!
