McCoy’s Bar & Grill at Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and gave itself a comprehensive interior and menu redesign. We were invited to tour the space, meet the Chef, Sushi Chef and Hotel General Manager during an early-afternoon tasting.
Below are photos of some of the food we were given at the tasting.
The 190-seat 8,000 square foot restaurant is open daily 11am - 1am (sushi served 5-11pm) and is the closest 4-diamond hotel to Port Canaveral.
The restaurant makes an effort to source locally from Palmetto Creek Farm for heritage grade pork and Lake Meadow Naturals for cage-free eggs and chicken.
The interior features a free standing sushi bar, open kitchen, private dining areas, two high-top communal tables fitted with outlets, 16 more 4-tops and 2-tops fitted with outlets and complimentary Wi-Fi. The highlight is this multi-shade subway tile featured in tiny bursts throughout the space.
