Reed Nissan Sales Associate Calls Customers Flamer, Admits to Overcharging in Pocket Dialed Voicemail
By Ken Storey
A couple of videos have been posted on YouTube of a recent customer visit to Reed Nissan here in Orlando. After the visit the customer received what sounds to be a pocket dialed call that went to his voice-mail. In the voice-mail he is called a 'flamer' multiple times and the sales associate admits to charging him more than a $100 what his boss told him to charge for the car because the car had many features and "flamers love that shit."
In a second video posted a manager from Reed calls the customer to apologize by offering him an 'even better deal' on the car he was looking at.
This seems to just be the latest in the many customer issues with the dealership. YellowPages has seven reviews for the dealership with an average of only one and a half stars. InsiderPages has three reviews with an average of one star. There one comment says the dealership claims to have done work on their car in the shop while the work on the car had not actually been done, here is supposed video of the car in the shop not getting the work done that the dealership claims was done. While it's good to see a local dealership last for over 60 year it's sad to see their mindset doesn't seem to have changed during the period either.
And here is the video of the apology
