One of the little things that makes Florida a great place to live in is Spring time baseball, which always reminds of Boardwalk and Baseball, the baseball theme park that closed 23 years ago this January. Here in Central Florida we are privileged to have numerous teams all close by.

Since 1998 the Atlanta Braves have called Walt Disney World their Spring home. The ESPN Wide World of Sports complex is the perfect place to take in a baseball game, even if the stadium itself is a bit cramped. The complex always has plenty of events happening around it and even has food options directly within the complex. Downtown Disney and all of the Disney based attractions are also within a short drive or Disney provided transportation. I enjoy supplementing a Spring Training game with some shopping and food at Downtown Disney afterwards.
Tickets to the games range from $9 to $44, make sure to check your seat as some of the ticketing options are for grass berm seating.
