A CHIRSTMAS CAROL Like No Other!

Imagine Real Radio 104.1 (The Philp’s Phile) personality - Wanzie narrating A CHRISTMAS CAROL while all the STARS of the show (some living, some dead), all inappropriate in manner and dress simply refuse to completely divest themselves of their Hollywood and Broadway personas as they attempt to embody the characters created by Charles Dickens. The audience is treated to a one-of-kind on stage debacle when one of the advertised headliners is a no show and a New York casting agency sends in a fading Broadway legend as a last minute replacement who arrives just as the curtain rises on this most unusual adaptation of A Christmas Carol.

Other inappropriate-to-the-piece celebrities who make it into the act include Lucille Ball, Barbra Streisand, Cher and Marlee Matlin!

Will Wanzie be able to narrate the show AND direct the confused stand-in for Scrooge at the same time? And how does egocentric Muppet Miss Piggy fit into this Dickens era play? What happens when the celebrity performers start competing for the spotlight during the musical numbers?
