Toasted Crafted Grilled Cheese and Burgers in Winter Park Set to Open in February

After seeing a mysterious little sign near the corner of New England Ave and New York Ave in Winter Park that simple read "Toasted: Crafted Grill Cheese & Burgers" I was a bit confused until Scott Joseph, always on the prowl for the latest in local restaurant news, reported that Toasted will be Winter Park's newest eatery.

The fast casual restaurant takes over the former ~~Lemon Grass~~ Green Lemon Cafe space in the plaza that shares a parking lot with Whole Foods at the corner of Lakemont and Aloma Avenues. While the grilled cheese takes center stage here there will be hamburgers, natural cut fries, and plenty of vegan options. The restaurant is finishing final touches and plans to open in February. (Oh, and that mystery sign on New York Ave is where their office is located.)
