The beautiful but aged Dan T. McCarty State Office Building, seen above, is now gone. It was demolished to make way for the CNL Heritage Park building. The groundbreaking for this new building happened on Nov 28, 2012. The event was private but we were able to show you some video from that very day.
The new 85,000sq ft office building's renderings sadly look more like something out of a Seminole County office park than something that belongs on a busy iconic Winter Park corner. The site is being developed by CNL Commercial Real Estate.
