Pop Artist Romero Britto Unveils New Disney Figurines With Visit to Downtown Disney

Famed pop artist Romero Britto will be stopping by Disney March 22 and 23, 2013. The Brazilian-born Miami based artist is known for his bold colors and patterns has a number of Disney themed figurines. His artwork can be spotted throughout Miami and in galleries around the world.  You can find his work locally at the Art of Disney galleries around the world and at the Pop Gallery found in Downtown Disney’s West Side. 

Britto is at Walt Disney World celebrating the latest release of three new Disney figurines; Sorcerer Mickey, Mickey Mouse with a heart, and Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

On Friday, March 22 he will be at the Uptown Jewelers inside Magic Kingdom (regular park admission is required) from 4p till 6p. On Saturday, March 23, 2013 he will be at the Art of Disney store in Downtown Disney Marketplace from 11a till 2p. Those who purchase Britto merchandise on the day of the signing will be issued a wristband that will allow them to meet Britto and have two items signed.
