It's not even the half-way mark of 2013, and already pop up dinners and pop up restaurants have made a big splash in Orlando:
- Ongoing: The underground supper club called Taste of Happiness
- January 19: Outstanding in the Field came to town and put on a pop up dinner at Lake Meadow Naturals.
- January 26: TheDailyCity.com created a pop up dinner series called Orlando ClanesDine. The first one featured Chef Bryce Bulluff and happened inside TheDailyCity.com Cardboard Art Festival.
- March 2: Scott Joseph has a pop up dinner series. His most recent one took place at Quantum Leap Winery.
- March 19-23: Chef Tony Adams is doing a pop up restaurant called Kennebec inside Urban ReThink.
Bruno Zacchini on is doing a pop-up dinner and giving it the name Lo-Pan's Late Night.
It will take place Saturday March 30, 2013, 9pm-2am, at Fairbanks Food Market, 2240 W. Fairbanks Ave, Winter Park, Florida 32789.

The idea is to create a late night Chinese restaurant feel. Says Bruno, "I have always wanted a place that served great Chinese food after I have been out drinking or just after 10pm and since (any business owner in) Orlando never opened one I will!"
Bruno will use responsibly sourced ingredients in his menu. The dishes will be Bruno's take on Chinese cuisine "with room for artistic interpretation."
