On April 10, 2013, the 15th location of the The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. chain will open it's doors at 4026 N Goldenrod Road, Winter Park, Florida. The operating hours will be daily, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
You can find the chain in Coconut Creek, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Hollywood, Jupiter, Lady Lake, Lake Worth, Palm Beach Gardens, Miami Beach, California, Georgia and Maryland. New locations will open soon in Massachusetts and North Carolina.
The chain uses proprietary water technology that creates Brooklynized™, allowing the company to produce authentic Brooklyn bagels anywhere in the world.
The Bagels
- There's a"see-through" prep and delivery area that allowing you to see the baking process from start to finish.
- The Brooklynizer® mixes pure Brooklynized™ water with flour.
- The bagels are boiled in kettles of Brooklynized™ water.
- They also serve bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, Corned Beef Reubens, authentic Brooklyn Pizza Melts, and sublime Scooper Melts.
