Carmel Cafe in Winter Park to Bring on the Tapas

Carmel Café and Wine Bar (140 N. Orlando Ave, Winter Park) is preparing for its opening in October, 2013 with a soft opening a few months before, likely in June.  The Tampa-based restaurant specializes in Southern European cuisine.  Guest are able to choose from two different plate sizes and three different wine pour sizes.  The 200 seat restaurant will offer tapas style meals, something yet to gain popularity in the Orlando market.
