International Soccer Player Kaká Stops By ESPN Wide World of Sports



Soccer megastar Kaká recently stopped by ESPN Wide World of Sports as part of the promotions leading up to the 14th Annual Disney Cup International Youth Soccer Tournament. The upcoming Disney Cup International is presented by AS Roma and will be held July 15-20. It is expected to attract more than 200 teams from 19 countries.

Kaká plays for Real Madrid as a midfielder. Kaká also plays for the Brazilian national team and is expected to play in next year’s World Cup in Brazil.  While not as well known in America Kaká was ranked as the best player in the world by FIFA in 2007.  He also has a major social media following in other countries as well.  He was the first athlete to surpass 10 million followers on Twitter.  He currently boasts over 15 million followers on Twitter and even more on facebook (now at over 22million).

Kaka also stopped by Magic Kingdom with his wife, Caroline Celico, while at Disney celebrating Brazil's Valentine's Day on June 12.
