Balans is a popular London-based chain with seven London locations and five Miami area locations. The chain recently won 2013 Certificate of Excellence from Tripadvisor.

Known for their casual atmosphere, cheap drinks and high
quality food, Balans has plenty of lively atmosphere. They are known for unique events as well: fashion shows, nightly DJs, nighttime lounge nights and a gay Valentine’s Day singles event. And check out these awesome bathrooms!
The menu includes warm goat cheese salad, truffle
macaroni cheese, grilled eggplant, and a chili and cucumber margarita.
The idea of the chain choosing downtown over Brit-filled
I-Drive is a bit of a shock, but a good sign that the chain has faith in downtown Orlando. It will help draw
British tourists to downtown.
