How Taco Bell recently handled the shocking picture posted on their facebook wall might be impressive but a Chinese bus company, Wuhan Bus Group, might have one of the best customer service stories of the year.
A female college student in Wuhan, China noticed a good looking bus driver and wanted to pursue him. She went onto Weibo (the Chinese equivalent to facebook) posting on the profile of the bus company he worked for "What do I do if I've fallen in love with a driver from your company? Can you help me find him?" The next day the bus company actually replied to the post encouraging her to follow her heart and wishing her luck. Then an hour later, by which time all of Weibo was talking about the conversation, the bus company posted permission for her to pursue the driver. "If the driver is single, go forth and chase after him; on the other hand, if he is married or already has his eyes set on someone, then do your best to keep your feelings hidden."
Later in the day as the conversation progressed the company made it even easier for potential customers to know if they should look for love in their bus driver when the company posted relationship profiles of potential bus drivers as well as their respective bus routes. The person managing the account for the bus company said she was impressed with the female college student's assertiveness and wanted to help out since bus drivers are often looked down upon by society.

This comes less than a week after a similar incident in Chaoshan, China where a street vendor became an internet sensation in the country due to his shockingly good looks.
