Ice Cream Inside a marshmallow?

Dominique Ansel, the creator of cronuts, has a new concoction: a seven dollar ice cream s'more on a stick. Inside a layer of marshmallow sits a scoop of vanilla and chocolate feulletine. According to Grub Street, it doesn't stay pretty and neat for long. Maye they should put it one of those solid ice coke bottles or serve it on ice with a spoon.
