Fashion for Fox Fundraiser at Zou Zou Boutique to Benefit Michael J. Fox Foundation

Tonya Walker is an Orlando resident, Professor at a local college and a local blogger. About 7 years ago, she was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson's Disease. She recently underwent Deep Brain Stimulation ("DBS") surgery to counteract the symptoms of the disease. The miraculous benefits of the DBS surgery have encouraged her to "go public" about her condition and take an active role in raising funds for the research to find a cure.

Her husband and she came up with the idea of the Fashion for Fox Fundraiser as their first event of this year to benefit the
Michael J. Fox Foundation. They are hosting the event at Zou Zou's Dellagio location, which is at 7988 Via Dellagio Way, Orlando, FL 32819. The event is scheduled from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2014.

The owner of Zou Zou (Wendy Ricchi) has graciously agreed to donate 20% of the gross profits to the Michael J. Fox Foundation. The attendees will make a donation to attend the event, and we will also raise funds through raffle items. They have received raffle and "swag bag" donations from several local businesses.

The event is by invitation only, and they are anticipating 20 attendees (due to space limitations). The women attending will generally range in age from mid-thirties to early forties. Most of them are career women with young families (and they are fashionable, of course).
