A new 30 sq ft high rise sign may be coming to the office building called 800 North Orange Ave (Website) located in what is currently known as the North Quarter* of Downtown Orlando.
The office building was finished Summer 2015 and cost $5.2 million to build. It has 17,000 sq ft and 4 stories.
The Appearance Review Board and City Council approved Major Certificate of Appearance Approval for the sign. However, approval doesn't mean they have permission to hang the sign just yet:
