30 Ft Sign Coming to North Quarter Office Building

A new 30 sq ft high rise sign may be coming to the office building called 800 North Orange Ave (Website) located in what is currently known as the North Quarter* of Downtown Orlando.

The office building was finished Summer 2015 and cost $5.2 million to build. It has 17,000 sq ft and 4 stories.

The Appearance Review Board and City Council approved Major Certificate of Appearance Approval for the sign. However, approval doesn't mean they have permission to hang the sign just yet:
"All required building, sign, structural, and wind load requirements shall be met and all appropriate building and sign permits shall be obtained prior to installation of the signs."
*North Quarter is not the official name of this district. It was created by Craig Ustler's development company.
