Lake Nona Mixed Use Coming to Narcoossee Road

Lake Nona is getting a new mixed use development at 9402 and 9434 Narcoossee Rd including the following: 

1. 9,720 sq. ft. of office
2. 5,678 sq. ft. of eating and drinking
3. 3,238 sq. ft. of retail 

No tenant named were mentioned in the Site Plan. 

This project is coming because Lake Nona Investors, LLC received Specific Parcel Master Plan (SPMP) approval for these two Nona Park outparcels.
