The developers of The Yard – Crossman Site, a mixed use development coming to IvanhoeVillage, want to increase the allowed density to 60 dwelling units per acre up from 30 via a full density bonus.
There's no public hearing scheduled yet "to give time for City staff to conduct a thorough transportation study on area roadway infrastructure."
The Conditional Use Permit & Master Plan submitted for the January 19th Municipal Planning Board meeting show the development plans to have 174 units, 63,000 sq ft of commercial space and one interior parking garage.
It'll be located at 514 Virginia Dr.
