We told you this month that downtown St Cloud wants to boom. The City is looking to buy and develop downtown property, an investor bought a downtown hotel and then bought another with plans to redevelop both.
Now, according to Growthspotter, the City Manager is waiving Road Impact Fees in order to attract "quality restaurants" and other businesses that improve the quality of life for the residents of St Cloud.
Perhaps a food hall?
