Orlando Weekly reports that Foxtail Coffee Co. in Winter Park is renting out the last vacant spot in the building in which it's located at 1282 Orange Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789 (MAP). According to OW, in six months the spot will open as a rental event space named Farmhouse Espresso Bar. When it's not being rented out for weddings and photo shoots, it'll be open for retail business selling "coffee, floral arrangements, soaps, dairy, eggs, juice, breads, oats, seeds, fruit, vegetables, wine, books, stationery, and kitchenware."
